8 eggs
400g PAPATHANASIOU kefalotyri
400g flour
100g olive oil
70g PAPATHANASIOU graviera cheese
100ml water
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp baking powder
Black caraway

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and oil until you have a uniform mixture and add the lemon juice and baking powder. Add the pepper and gradually add the water and flour before kneading. Finally, add the grated kefalotyri cheese. Put the pasta in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the black caraway and grated graviera cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
