SALAD WITH HAM

Ingredients
1 green salad
1 bunch of rocket leaves
Dill
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Cherry tomatoes cut in half
6-8 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
100g PAPATHANASIOU dried mizithra
150g diced ham

Execution
Cut the salad, spinach and washed rocket in large pieces, and layer them in a salad bowl. Throw in the diced ham and cover it with another layer of greens. Add the cherry tomatoes and some slices of sun-dried tomato to the greens.
Prepare the oil and vinegar dressing in a small bowl by adding 1/3 balsamic vinegar, 2/3 oil and salt and pepper, and pour over the dish.
Sprinkle with dried mizithra.
