300g PAPATHANASIOU goat cheese cut into slices
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Leaves of three different types of lettuce: green salad, lollo bianco and lollo rosso
Freshly ground pepper
Cut and put the salad in a salad bowl. Prepare the dressing by beating the oil and lemon with the salt and pepper. Pour it over the salad and mix.
