150g PAPATHANASIOU goat cheese
50g sesame seeds
Put the flour, egg and sesame seeds in three different bowls respectively. Cut the cheese into small pieces and then bread them by first dipping each piece into the flour, then into the beaten egg and lastly into the sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and then put them in a dish in which you have previously laid out absorbent paper in order to absorb the excess oil. Pour some honey or any other sweet sauce of your liking and serve hot.
