PAPATHANASIOU Feta (PDO)
2 tbsp PAPATHANASIOU yoghurt
Mix the feta cheese with some water in a blender. Optionally, add two spoonfuls of yoghurt. Put the walnut kernels in the blender and mix until you have a uniform mixture. Serve in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add some fresh herbs of your liking, such as parsley, mint or dill, pour some olive oil on top and keep some mint leaves to use as garnish.
NOTE: Instead of yoghurt, you can use any cream cheese, such as PAPATHANASIOU tsalafouti or goat’s cheese
