GIZA WITH PEPPER

Ingredients
300g PAPATHANASIOU giza
Half a garlic
Hot red pepper
5 tbsp oil
Oregano, mint, parsley
5 fresh tomatoes
5 fresh green peppers, not hot peppers
Salt, pepper

Execution
Put the giza along with a glass of water or milk in a medium-sized, deep pan. Then add the rest of the ingredients, after finely chopping the green peppers and tomatoes. Properly mix the entire mixture and add more water, if necessary. Bake in the oven until the liquids evaporate.
