Papathanasiou 1987-2023<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

In 1987, two brothers from Pentakorfos of Mountainous Trichonida, Lambros and Michalis
\nPapathanasiou, decided to pursue their dream and create a small, artisan dairy producing Feta,
\nyogurt, and some other aged cheeses.
\n\u200b
\nToday, the dairy’s size has changed, but the Papathanasiou family’s commitment to producing
\nexcellent quality cheeses has defined the dairy’s journey in Greek gastronomy.<\/p>\n

Today, the Papathanasiou dairy is called a “Micro-dairy,” which means it’s a cheese-producing
