PDO Feta Familia from Mountainous Trichonida is produced primarily from sheep’s milk sourced from sheep breeds grazing in our mountainous region.
Taste Profile: The texture is semi-hard and creamy with a bright white color. The flavor is milky, buttery, rounded and full on the palate. The finish is lightly piquant and creamy, pleasant, with subtle notes of pasture and wild nature.
