Feta – P Series – PDO
Description
PDO Feta P Series from Mountainous Trichonida is produced from 100% sheep’s milk sourced mainly from sheep grazing in the mountainous areas of our region. Instead of adding commercial cultures, we use natural sheep’s yogurt as a starter culture, a method used centuries ago.
Taste Profile: Semi-hard, creamy texture, white color. The flavor is sweet, milky, creamy and rounded, full on the palate. The finish is sweet and creamy with subtle grassy notes.
