Description
Our barrel-aged feta represents the highest expression of our craft. Made from sheep’s milk sourced mainly from sheep breeds grazing in our mountainous region and matured for at least six months in beechwood barrels from the Pindos mountains.
Taste Profile: Semi-hard, creamy, white color. Peppery, milky, buttery and full-bodied flavor. Long, piquant finish with distinct pasture and beechwood notes.
