Tsalafouti with Fresh Fruits, Honey & Pistachio

Ingredients:

1 pack (180 g) Tsalafouti (Papathanasiou)
1 small banana, sliced
1 kiwi, thinly sliced
½ cup blueberries or blackberries
½ cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp Aegina pistachios, Jnely chopped
2 tsp thyme honey or blossom honey<br>3 fresh mint leaves

Method:

  1. Spread the tsalafouti onto a serving plate, creating a slight well in the center.
  2. Arrange the fruit on top, either in layers or in a more free-style presentation.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added freshness and aroma.
